We are pleased to announce the merger between Pendulum Instruments and Spectracom Corporation. In our work as sister companies within the Orolia Group, we have recognized the significant benefits we could bring to our customers, partners and employees by joining forces. These include a much broader range of time and frequency products, worldwide support network and focused technology and strategic product management centers to bring the absolute best products and value to market.

We expect to finalize the merger between the two companies in the next several weeks. As the foundation of Orolia’s new Timing, Test & Measurement Division, the merged company will do business under the name of Spectracom. Pendulum Instruments has a long history and strong reputation in the industry and our test and measurement products will proudly continue to carry the Pendulum brand label.
