Pendulum Instruments expands its product portfolio

Stockholm June 19, 2008. Pendulum Instruments, a company of the Orolia Group, today announces the expansion of the company's product portfolio with two new products - PicoTime™ and PicoReference™.

The PicoTime™ is a low-cost, high-performance measurement test set used for frequency stability measurements. It features a cutting-edge 1 ps resolution and comes with an easy-to-use software application for performance analysis. The instrument is used to accurately characterize reference sources, such as crystal oscillators and atomic clocks, and to perform time interval error (TIE) measurements.

The GPS PicoReference™ is a low-cost, high-performance combined frequency reference and measurement test set for frequency stability analysis. It integrates a smart GPS-controlled Rubidium reference with up to 8 reference outputs, and features a flexible 1-30MHz frequency testing range and a cutting-edge 1 ps measurement resolution. It is ideally designed for clock characterization and calibration applications.
