Pendulum Instruments warrants each product it manufactures to be free from defects in design, material and workmanship under normal use and service for a certain period time from date of delivery.

If you need to return a product for upgrade, repair or calibration, you must first get a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. To obtain an RMA number, please complete and submit the information in the form below.

Upon receipt of your request, our Service Department will provide you with an RMA number and the address to which the equipment should be returned.
