Pendulum Instruments announces the purchase of FLC Electronics AB

Pendulum Instruments, the global expert in time & frequency measurement, analysis and calibration, announces today the purchase of FLC Electronics AB, experts in high-voltage linear amplifiers and arbitrary pulse pattern generators. The company is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and has sold its products to large electronics companies and renowned institutes all over the world.
The FLC Electronics product line is targeted to generate stimulus signals to Liquid crystals, OLEDs, MEMS, and Piezo-electrical devices in advanced R&D, physical research and other industrial & scientific applications. The amplifiers can also be used in the lab as general-purpose broadband ultra-linear amplifiers from DC into the MHz range.
Unlike standard amplifiers/generators, these products produce high voltage output signals in excess of 100V, even up to 800Vpp. The extremely flexible Arbitrary Pulse Pattern Generator can operate in continuous or burst mode and can define any possible complex pulse pattern where each individual pulse can have its own polarity, amplitude, width and position.
