We are pleased to announce that the latest Detectus EMC-Scanner Software version 3.2 has now been released.  The new EMC-Scanner Software v3.2 is packed with powerful upgrades designed to make your workflow smoother, smarter, and faster. 

The new feature release includes: 

• DUT Camera option 
• Simple 3D editor for STL 3D model 
• Possibility for further probe protrusion by reducing Z axis range 
• Compensation for probe tip diameter when generating MP3D 
• Option to pause before and after measurement to allow for manual Z axis adjustment (2D) 
• Check for software updates 
• MeasToJpg  software that automatically creates field plots from measurement files 
• New drivers for SA Agilent CSA N1996A and SG Anritsu MG3702xA 
• Improved Deeper zoom on ViewScan tab
